Business Development executive

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of company projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure that project activities are completed within agreed timelines.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Communicate with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting updates.
• Organize project meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
• Monitor tasks and follow up with team members on pending activities.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Identify project delays or issues and report them to the Project Manager.
• Assist with resource and timeline planning.
• Ensure effective communication between different project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Good understanding of project management processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
